I have been with Eastview since 1995. Starting as a youth pastor, I have become Senior Pastor. My duties are primarily preaching, praying, leading staff and loving people. My wife Sara and I have two grown sons. Growing up in Indianapolis, IN my nickname was “Tyrone.” Drawing inspiration from the great preachers of the past guides me in sermon preparation. C.H. Spurgeon is probably my favorite for his passion, his love of the word and what he accomplished in his ministry. I am very much looking forward to the pain free, tear free, death free eternity that Christ has prepared for us as described in Revelation 21:4.

I am our Executive Pastor and started on April fool’s day of 1993. My wife Rachel and I have four awesome kids. My favorite hobbies are: hanging out / playing games with my family, March Madness, watching da Bears, Brian Regan Comedy, and hiking. One of my favorite verses is Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Pastor of Spiritual Formation
As the Pastor of Spiritual Formation, I get to be the pastor to the pastors. Officially, I was born on the far south side of Indianapolis. Since we moved 8 times from birth through high school, home is – everywhere?! My wife Sue and I have two grown daughters and one grandson. Those who dare to do what they believe God has called them to do, regardless of what others say or think are inspirational to me. Over the past few years God has been teaching me the difference between confidence and faith.

Director of International Ministries
I am a lifelong resident of Bloomington/Normal and have been the Director of International ministries since January 2009. I have the privilege of connecting, equipping, and mobilizing our church family with our Global Partners around the world. My wife Jessica and I have two wonderful boys and are hoping to add to our family through adoption. I am inspired by my two boys. Being a father is one of life’s greatest blessings and I treasure the privilege daily. I have always loved the promises and word pictures in the book of Hebrews. Hebrews 4:14-17 is one of my favorites.

Director of Small Groups
I have been Director of Small Groups with Eastview since October 2008. My wife Julie and I have been married since 1995 and have three great kids – who keep us laughing, guessing, and praying. I count Wile E. Coyote, Vince Lombardi and the staff at Eastview, as my inspirational favorites. It’s hard to name one ‘favorite bible verse.’ Some that come to mind include: Philippians 1:9-11, Timothy 2:1-2, Philippians 1:27, John 10:10 and 2 Corinthians 5:20.

I have been our Children’s pastor since February 2003. My wife Kim and I have 3 children. I am inspired by my wife, with her integrity and goodness and my kids with their zest for life and love. When I’m not at work, I love pro football, camping in the mountains and art. Romans 12:21 says it all “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

I have been tasked with being the Administrative Assistant to Mike Baker, Mark Warren, and JK Jones. My husband Bob and I have 4 children. We have served as missionaries throughout the world. I am inspired by Bob and Faye Anderson who went to China as missionaries when they were 69 and 70 years old, only coming home at the ages of 82 and 83 due to health reasons. Outside of work, I love to paint when I have the time; otherwise you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking. Philippians 2:1-18 is one of my favorite scripture passages. God has been teaching me the importance of prayer.
